Exchange Policy

FERN swimwear exchanges:

*This only applies to our own Brand of swimwear FERN and all its related products*

FREE EXCHANGES!!! As long as you paid full price for your bikini, we are happy to help you pick something that will fit you better and make you happier at no extra charge to you. We can also issue you a Gift-Card for the value of your purchase. Intent to exchange should be communicated to us via hola@shopfern.us within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Exchanges for merchandise purchased with a discount can be accommodated within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping charges will be covered by customer, shipping of replacement goods will be covered by FERN.

In the case of a swimwear exchange, all suits must have original tags and hygienic liners. Returns will be accepted if and only if there is a manufacturer's error.

General exchanges:

Exchanges can be accommodated within 14 days of receipt of goods when goods have been purchased at full price. Return shipping charges will be covered by customer, shipping of replacement goods will be covered by FERN.

You may choose to get a store gift card instead of new products at the time of the exchange. In said case, FERN will no longer be responsible to cover the shipping charges of replacement goods.

In the case of a swimwear exchange, all suits must have original tags and hygienic liners. Returns will be accepted if and only if there is a manufacturer's error.

No returns or exchanges can be accommodated for products on "final sale" collections or discounted at 50% or more.

All hair/body/oil-based products and art are final sale.

A return may be issued only if there's proof of manufacturer's error.
